First Aid / Welfare

There is a very well equipped First Aid centre on-site, located to the far right of the stage. It is open at all times across the weekend. Do not hesitate to visit if you or your friends (or strangers) are unwell. The First Aid team are not there to judge or report you, they are there to help get you well as soon as possible. If you have a medical condition you think we should know about, be sure to talk to the First Aid staff when you arrive. You can have any medications you need safely stored here too.

If you’re in need of safety or care, Welfare can also be found here. They listen without judgement and are highly trained in dealing with issues surrounding well-being, including consent and (safe) sex.

If for some reason you are unable to visit in person, and would like medical and/or welfare support, please visit your nearest Helper Hut, or call/text the Helper Hotline (0430 091 120) – the number is on your wristband.

In a time-critical emergency please dial 000 or 112.
